Contact us with your address and our service engineer will arrange an appointment to conduct a no obligation site survey free of charge at which point you will be advised on what product is best for you and your needs. We will then follow this up with a courtesy call a few days later to see if we can assist you further. |

How quickly will my stairlift be fitted? |

Once our engineer has been to visit the site address and conducted a site survey, we aim to install your stairlift within 5 working days. If however you have purchased a new stairlift, we will contact you with a installation date once your stairlift has been delivered. |

What happens if my stairlift breaks down? |

We offer a call out service where our engineer will do the utmost to be with you within 24 hours. However we also offer telephone assistance to try and enable us to have your stairlift working again over the phone. |
